- 🍯 10 g sugar
- 🧂 5 g pepper
- 🧂 5 g juniper berries
- 1 l water
Method

- 2 Smoke the brined pork over low heat for several hours.
- 3 Cook the smoked ham until tender and slice thinly to serve.
