Chimney Cake

Ingredients

• 🌾 500 g all-purpose flour
• 🥛 250 ml milk
• 🧄 10 g yeast
• 🍯 100 g sugar
• 🥛 50 g butter
• 🧂 5 g cinnamon

Method

1. 1 Prepare dough using flour, milk, yeast, butter, and sugar.
2. 2 Let dough rise, then roll into strips and wrap around a spit.
3. 3 Bake while rotating horizontally over heat until golden brown.
4. 4 Coat in sugar and cinnamon, and serve with optional fillings.
