Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 🥕 500 g potatoes
• 🥣 100 g mayonnaise
• 🥕 50 g pickles
• 🥕 50 g carrots
• 🧄 1 small onion
• 🥣 1 tbsp mustard
• 🥚 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 🧂 to taste salt
• 🧂 to taste pepper

Method

1. 1 Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and dice.
2. 2 Dice the carrots, pickles, and onions, and mix with the potatoes.
3. 3 Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix until combined.
4. 4 Top with chopped hard-boiled eggs and chill before serving.
