Ingredients

  • 🥩 200 g Lamb liver
  • 🥕 200 g Potatoes
  • 🥕 100 g Red peppers
  • 🥕 100 g Peas
  • 🫒 50 ml Olive oil
  • 🧄 3 cloves Garlic

Method

  1. 1 Cube lamb liver and potatoes, slice peppers.
  2. 2 Fry liver in hot oil, add garlic until golden.
  3. 3 Add potatoes and peppers, fry until tender.
  4. 4 Mix in peas, season with salt and pepper.
