  • 🐟 500 g lampuki fish
  • 🌾 1 sheet shortcrust pastry
  • 🥕 200 g spinach
  • 🥕 2 tomatoes
  • 🧄 1 onion
  • 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 🧂 to taste salt
  • 🧂 to taste black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Sauté chopped onions and spinach in olive oil until soft.
  2. 2 Add diced lampuki and tomatoes to the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Line a pie dish with pastry, add filling, and cover with remaining pastry.
