Czech Bread Dumplings

Ingredients

• 🌾 400 g wheat flour
• 🥛 200 ml milk
• 🥚 2 eggs
• 🌿 10 g yeast
• 🌾 150 g bread rolls
• 🧂 5 g salt

Method

1. 1 Mix flour, yeast, salt, milk, and eggs to form a dough.
2. 2 Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size.
3. 3 Shape dough into logs and boil in salted water until cooked.
4. 4 Slice and serve with stews or gravies.
