Ingredients

  • 🥕 4 pieces koyadofu (freeze-dried tofu)
  • 🥣 500 ml dashi
  • 🥣 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 🍯 1 tbsp sugar
  • 🍯 1 tbsp mirin

Method
