Ingredients

  • 3 g matcha powder
  • 60 ml hot water

Method

  1. 1 Sift 1 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl.
  2. 2 Add 60 ml of hot water (around 70°C).
  3. 3 Whisk briskly in a zigzag pattern until frothy.
  4. 4 Serve immediately, and enjoy the aromas.
