Macanese Minchi

Ingredients

• 🥩 400 g ground pork
• 🥕 200 g potatoes
• 🧄 100 g onion
• 🧄 5 cloves garlic
• 🥣 50 ml soy sauce
• 🍯 10 g sugar
• 🫒 30 ml oil

Method

1. 1 Dice potatoes and fry until golden, then set aside.
2. 2 In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
3. 3 Add minced pork, cook until browned.
4. 4 Stir in soy sauce and sugar, combine with fried potatoes, and serve warm.
