Ingredients

  • 🌾 250 g phyllo dough
  • 🥜 200 g walnuts
  • 🍯 150 ml honey
  • 🥛 100 g butter
  • 🧂 5 g cinnamon
  • 🍋 15 ml lemon juice

Method

  1. 1 Chop walnuts and mix with cinnamon.
  2. 2 Layer phyllo sheets with melted butter and walnut mixture.
  3. 3 Bake at 180°C until golden brown.
