  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic
  • 🍷 100 ml white wine
  • 🌿 1 bay leaf
  • 🧂 1 tsp paprika
  • 50 g pork lard
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt
  • 🧂 1 tsp black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Marinate pork with wine, garlic, bay leaf, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2 Fry marinated pork chunks in pork lard until golden.
  3. 3 Reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender.
