Ingredients

  • 🌾 200 g cornmeal
  • 🌾 100 g rye flour
  • 🌾 100 g wheat flour
  • 🫒 200 ml water
  • 🥣 10 g yeast
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. 1 Mix cornmeal, rye flour, wheat flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. 2 Slowly add water until a dough forms.
  3. 3 Knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. 4 Shape into a loaf and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 40 minutes.
