  • 🥩 100 g pancetta
  • 🥕 150 g tomato paste
  • 🥕 50 g carrot
  • 🥕 50 g celery stalk
  • 🧄 50 g onion
  • 🍷 100 ml red wine
  • 🥛 150 ml whole milk
  • 🫒 30 ml olive oil
  • 🧂 to taste salt

Method

  1. 1 Sauté pancetta in olive oil until golden.
  2. 2 Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery; cook until soft.
  3. 3 Add ground beef, cook until browned then stir in tomato paste.
  4. 4 Pour in red wine, reduce, add milk, simmer gently for 2 hours.
