Why try it?

Giouvetsi is a beloved dish that showcases the warmth and hospitality of Mykonos cuisine. It is a staple in family gatherings, symbolizing togetherness and traditional cooking.

How it tastes

Savory and hearty, giouvetsi combines tender meat with orzo that absorbs the rich tomato sauce, offering a unique texture that's both juicy and chewy.
