Ingredients

  • 🦐 500 g mussels or clams
  • 🫒 50 ml olive oil
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🍷 100 ml white wine
  • 🌿 1 tbsp parsley
  • 🌾 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 🧂 to taste salt

Method

  1. 1 Heat olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
