Ingredients

  • 400 g soft tofu
  • 🥕 500 ml vegetable broth
  • 🥕 100 g kimchi
  • 🧂 10 g gochugaru (chili flakes)
  • 🧄 20 g scallions
  • 🦐 100 g clams

Method

  1. 1 Heat the broth and add gochugaru and kimchi.
  2. 2 Bring to boil and add soft tofu and clams.
  3. 3 Simmer for a few minutes until clams open.
  4. 4 Garnish with chopped scallions before serving.
