Ingredients

  • 🫘 200 g Firm tofu
  • 🥕 150 g Kimchi
  • 🥩 100 g Pork
  • 🐟 500 ml Anchovy broth
  • 🥣 2 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 🧄 50 g Spring onions
  • 🧄 20 g Garlic
  • 🥣 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Method

  1. 1 Boil the anchovy broth in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2 Add kimchi, pork, tofu, and gochujang, stirring well.
  3. 3 Simmer until pork is cooked, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4 Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
