Clear soup made with cod fish and radish.

Why try it?

As a fresh, clean-tasting soup, Daegu Tang embodies Busan's maritime culture, highly favored for its refreshing qualities that highlight simple, pure seafood flavors.

How it tastes

The soup has a clean, delicate taste with the subtle sweetness of cod fish, mildly peppery with the addition of white radish, creating a broth that's light yet flavorful.

Origin & History — first documented: 1600

Daegu Tang emerged in coastal areas like Busan during the Joseon Dynasty, driven by the abundant availability of cod in the region’s waters.
