Ingredients

  • 🫘 250 g fava beans
  • 🌿 1 bunch dill
  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic
  • 🥚 2 eggs
  • 🧂 1 tsp turmeric
  • 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. 1 Sauté garlic in olive oil until aromatic, stir in turmeric.
  2. 2 Add fava beans and dill, cook for a few minutes.
  3. 3 Pour in water to cover, simmer until beans are tender.
  4. 4 Crack eggs into the stew, cover and cook until eggs are set.
