  • 🥩 300 g ground meat
  • 🥜 200 g walnuts
  • 🥣 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 🧄 1 large onions
  • 🌿 1 bunch herbs (parsley, cilantro)
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt
  • 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
