Ingredients

  • 🥩 600 g beef
  • 🧂 15 g spices
  • 🍋 1 whole preserved lemon
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 1 g saffron
  • 🫒 30 ml olive oil

Method

  1. 1 Mix beef with spices, garlic, and lemon.
  2. 2 Place in Tanjia pot with oil and saffron.
  3. 3 Seal and slow-cook in a clay oven for 4 hours.
