Ingredients

  • 🌾 6 units corn tortillas
  • 🥚 3 units hard-boiled eggs
  • 🥜 100 g pumpkin seeds
  • 🌿 5 g epazote
  • 🥣 200 ml green tomato sauce
  • 🧄 50 g white onion

Method

  1. 1 Grind pumpkin seeds into a paste.
  2. 2 Heat tortillas and fill with diced hard-boiled eggs.
  3. 3 Cover with pumpkin seed sauce and sprinkle with chopped epazote.
  4. 4 Serve over a bed of green tomato sauce.
