Ingredients

  • 🌾 4 pieces corn tortilla
  • 🫘 200 g black beans
  • 🥩 200 g shredded turkey
  • 🥕 50 g lettuce
  • 🧄 50 g pickled red onions
  • 🥕 1 piece avocado

Method

  1. 1 Cook black beans until soft then mash them.
  2. 2 Fry tortillas until crispy and cut a slit to fill with mashed beans.
  3. 3 Fill with shredded turkey, top with lettuce and avocado slices.
  4. 4 Garnish with pickled red onions before serving.
