Ingredients

  • 🐟 500 g monkfish
  • 🦐 300 g clams
  • 🥕 200 g tomatoes
  • 🧄 1 large onion
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🫒 50 ml olive oil
  • 🧂 1 tsp paprika
  • 🌿 10 g parsley
  • 🧂 to taste salt

Method

  1. 1 Heat olive oil in a cataplana pan and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. 2 Add the chopped tomatoes, paprika, and salt, and cook until the tomatoes soften.
  3. 3 Add the monkfish and clams, close the cataplana, and cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4 Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
