Ingredients

  • 🦐 200 g shrimp
  • 🐟 200 g swordfish
  • 🫒 50 ml olive oil
  • 🍋 20 ml lemon juice
  • 🌿 1 tsp oregano
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 🧂 1 tsp sea salt

Method

  1. 1 Marinate the seafood in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Thread the marinated seafood on skewers.
