Ingredients

  • 🥛 150 g unsalted butter
  • 🍯 200 g dark chocolate
  • 🥚 6 eggs
  • 🍯 150 g sugar
  • 🌾 150 g flour
  • 🍯 200 g apricot jam
  • 🥛 100 ml cream

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking pan. Melt chocolate with butter, then let it cool.
  2. 2 Separate eggs and beat yolks with sugar until fluffy, then fold in chocolate mixture.
  3. 3 Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, fold into batter with flour gently.
  4. 4 Pour batter into the pan, bake for 50 minutes, cool, spread with apricot jam, and cover with melted chocolate glaze.
