  • 🥕 250 g potatoes
  • 🥛 100 g grey cheese
  • 🥛 50 g butter
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt
  • 🧂 1 tsp pepper
  • 🫒 500 ml oil

Method

  1. 1 Boil and mash potatoes, mix with grated cheese and seasoning.
  2. 2 Make a dough from flour, water, and salt, roll out and cut into circles.
