Ingredients

  • 🫘 250 g red beans
  • 🍯 50 g sugar
  • 🧂 5 g salt
  • 🌾 150 g glutinous rice flour
  • 🥕 1000 ml water

Method

  1. 1 Soak the red beans overnight and drain.
  2. 2 Cook beans in a pot of water until soft.
  3. 3 Blend cooked beans until smooth, then return to pot.
  4. 4 Add sugar and salt, cooking until thick.
  5. 5 Prepare rice cake balls and add to the porridge, cooking briefly before serving.
