Recipe

Ingredients

  • 🌾 400 g glutinous rice
  • 🥕 500 ml water
  • 🌾 100 g nuruk (fermentation starter)

Method

  1. 1 Clean rice, steam until soft.
  2. 2 Mix cooled rice with water and nuruk.
  3. 3 Allow to ferment in a warm location for 4-5 days.
  4. 4 Strain and bottle, serving chilled.
