  • 🥩 2 medium lamb shank
  • 🍷 250 ml red wine
  • 🧄 100 g onion
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🌿 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt

Method
