  • 🌾 6 pieces corn tortillas
  • 🥩 300 g chicken breast
  • 🥣 200 g enchilada sauce
  • 🥛 100 g cheese
  • 🧄 50 g onion
  • 🥛 50 g sour cream

Method

  1. 1 Cook and shred the chicken breast.
  2. 2 Roll chicken in tortillas, place in baking dish.
  3. 3 Pour enchilada sauce over tortillas, top with cheese.
  4. 4 Bake in oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until cheese melts.
