The Pączki is a beloved sweet treat in Gdansk, especially celebrated during Fat Thursday. They symbolize indulgence before Lent and are a cherished part of the cultural fabric.

How it tastes

Light and fluffy with a slightly crisp exterior, these doughnuts burst with sweet jam, often plum or rose-flavored, and are typically topped with powdered sugar or glaze.
