  • 🥚 1 piece egg
  • 125 ml water
  • 🥕 200 g potato
  • 🥛 100 g cottage cheese
  • 🥩 50 g bacon
  • 🧄 50 g onion
  • 🥛 30 g butter
  • 🧂 to taste salt
  • 🧂 to taste pepper

Method

  1. 1 Combine flour and egg, gradually adding water to form a dough.
  2. 2 Roll dough thin and cut into circles.
  3. 3 Mix potatoes, cheese, bacon, and onions; season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Place filling on dough circles, fold and seal.
  5. 5 Boil or fry the pierogi until cooked through, then serve.
