  • 🥜 50 g almonds
  • 🧄 150 g onion
  • 🥛 50 g ghee
  • 🧂 10 g garam masala
  • 🧂 5 g cumin seeds
  • 🧄 20 g garlic paste
  • 🧄 20 g ginger paste
  • 🧂 10 g coriander powder

Method

  1. 1 Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for at least one hour.
  2. 2 Fry onions in ghee until golden brown and set aside.
  3. 3 Cook marinated chicken in ghee, adding fried onions and almond paste.
