Ingredients

  • 🌾 150 g All-purpose flour
  • 🥚 4 Eggs
  • 🍯 200 g Sugar
  • 🥛 250 ml Milk
  • 🥛 150 ml Evaporated milk
  • 🥛 150 ml Condensed milk
  • 🥛 200 g Whipped cream

Method

  1. 1 Separate egg whites and yolks; beat yolks with sugar until creamy.
  2. 2 Mix flour into yolks, folding in beaten egg whites until incorporated.
  3. 3 Bake batter in a 175°C (350°F) oven for 25 minutes.
  4. 4 Combine the three milks and pour over the cooled cake, then top with whipped cream.
