Ingredients
🌾150 g bulgur
🥕2 tbsp tomato paste
🍋50 ml lemon juice
🥕1 medium cucumber
🥕2 medium tomato
🌿5 g mint
🌿10 g parsley
🫒30 ml olive oil
Method
1Rehydrate bulgur in boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
2Mix bulgur with tomato paste, lemon juice, and olive oil.
3Dice cucumber and tomatoes, chop mint and parsley, add to bulgur.
4Season with salt, mix well, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
