Ingredients

  • 🥛 250 ml milk
  • 🥛 100 g butter
  • 🍯 100 g sugar
  • 🧂 1 g saffron
  • 🌾 25 g yeast
  • 🍯 50 g raisins

Method

  1. 1 Heat milk and dissolve saffron; add yeast and a pinch of sugar.
  2. 2 Mix flour, sugar, milk, and melted butter to form a dough.
  3. 3 Knead and let rise until doubled in size.
  4. 4 Shape into buns, decorate with raisins, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 12 minutes.
