  • 🥕 500 g ripe tomatoes
  • 🥕 200 g cucumbers
  • 🥕 100 g green peppers
  • 🧄 50 g onion
  • 🧄 1 garlic clove
  • 🫒 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 🍷 30 ml wine vinegar
  • 🧂 5 g salt

Method

  1. 1 Core and chop the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, and garlic.
  2. 2 Blend all chopped vegetables until smooth.
  3. 3 Pass through a strainer to remove solids, if desired.
