  • 🫘 200 g Cannellini beans
  • 🥕 300 g Potatoes
  • 🥩 150 g Smoked pork or ham
  • 🧄 100 g Onion
  • 🧄 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 🫒 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 🌿 2 leaves Bay leaves
  • 🧂 to taste Black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  2. 2 Add diced ham or pancetta and cook until browned.
  3. 3 Stir in sauerkraut, potatoes, and beans, then cover with water or broth.
