Ingredients

  • 🥩 600 g Pauillac lamb
  • 🧄 2 cloves Garlic
  • 🌿 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 🌿 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 🫒 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 🧂 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 🧂 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Method
