Ingredients

  • 🌾 200 g glutinous rice
  • 🥛 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 ripe mango
  • 🍯 4 tbsp sugar
  • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. 1 Rinse and soak glutinous rice in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2 Steam the rice until cooked and tender.
  3. 3 Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt until dissolved.
  4. 4 Mix half of the coconut milk with the cooked rice, let sit for 30 minutes.
  5. 5 Serve sticky rice with sliced mango and drizzle with remaining coconut milk.
