Ingredients

  • 🥩 300 g pork
  • 🌾 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 🥩 200 ml gelatinous pork stock
  • 🧂 10 g ginger
  • 🥣 15 ml soy sauce
  • 🍷 10 ml rice wine
  • 🧂 5 g salt
  • 🍯 5 g sugar
  • 🧄 10 g spring onion

Method

  1. 1 Mix pork with soy sauce, rice wine, salt, sugar, ginger, and spring onion.
  2. 2 Roll flour dough into thin sheets for wrappers.
  3. 3 Place a small portion of pork filling and pork stock in each wrapper.
  4. 4 Seal dumplings carefully and steam in a bamboo steamer.
  5. 5 Serve hot with black vinegar and ginger slices.
