Recipe

Ingredients

  • 🥛 1 liter Skim milk
  • 🥛 50 g Skyr culture
  • 🥛 1 ml Rennet

Method

  1. 1 Heat the skim milk to 90°C, then cool to 40°C.
  2. 2 Add skyr culture and rennet, stir gently.
  3. 3 Let it set at room temperature for 5 hours.
  4. 4 Strain the whey and chill before serving.
