Ingredients

  • 🥩 1 Lamb head
  • 🧂 10 g Salt
  • 🌾 20 g Gelatin
  • 🧄 50 g Onion
  • 🥕 50 g Carrots

Method

  1. 1 Boil the lamb head with onions and carrots.
  2. 2 Remove meat and chop finely.
  3. 3 Mix with gelatin and season with salt.
  4. 4 Press into a mold and cool until set.
