Ingredients

  • 🍯 500 g sugar
  • 🥛 20 g vegetarian gelatin (agar-based)
  • 🧂 10 ml raspberry essence
  • 🥣 200 ml water
  • 🍋 5 g citric acid

Method

  1. 1 Dissolve sugar in water and bring to boil.
  2. 2 Stir in vegetarian gelatin (agar-based) and raspberry essence.
  3. 3 Pour into conical molds, let set 24 hours.
  4. 4 Remove candies from molds, dust with sugar.
