Ingredients

  • 🌾 200 g turmeric noodles
  • 🥩 200 g pork shoulder
  • 🦐 100 g shrimp
  • 🥜 50 g peanuts
  • 🌿 20 g fresh coriander
  • 🥣 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🥚 4 quail eggs

Method

  1. 1 Marinate the pork and shrimp with garlic, fish sauce, and turmeric for 15 minutes.
  2. 2 Boil the marinated pork in water until tender, add shrimp just before the pork is done.
  3. 3 Cook the noodles in boiling water, then drain.
