Ingredients

  • 🥩 300 g lamb chunks
  • 🌾 2 pieces fatir bread
  • 🥕 2 medium tomato
  • 🥕 1 medium zucchini
  • 🥕 1 large carrot
  • 🧂 1 tsp cumin

Method

  1. 1 Brown lamb in a pot.
  2. 2 Add vegetables and cook until soft.
  3. 3 Stir in cumin and spices.
  4. 4 Add water, simmer until lamb is tender.
