Ingredients

  • 🌾 300 g basmati rice
  • 🥩 300 g lamb chunks
  • 🥕 50 g tomato paste
  • 🧄 1 medium onion
  • 🧄 3 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 2 tbsp mixed spices

Method

  1. 1 Sear lamb until browned.
  2. 2 Sauté onions and garlic in the same pan.
  3. 3 Add tomato paste and spices, cook briefly.
  4. 4 Add lamb, rice and water.
  5. 5 Simmer until rice absorbs liquid.
