Ingredients

  • 🥩 200 g mutton
  • 🌾 150 g flour
  • 🧄 1 medium onion
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic
  • 🧂 1 tsp salt
  • 🧂 1 tsp black pepper
  • 500 ml water

Method

  1. 1 Cook mutton pieces in water until tender.
  2. 2 Add onions, garlic, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  3. 3 Combine flour with a little water to make dough, then tear into small pieces.
  4. 4 Add dough pieces into simmering broth to thicken.
