Ingredients

  • 🥩 500 g lamb
  • 🥛 200 g jameed
  • 🌾 400 g rice
  • 🥜 50 g sliced almonds
  • 🫒 50 g ghee
  • 🧂 5 pods cardamom pods

Method

  1. 1 Soak jameed in water and blend into a smooth consistency.
  2. 2 Cook lamb in a pot with water and cardamom until tender.
  3. 3 Add jameed mixture to the lamb and simmer.
  4. 4 Serve over cooked rice and garnish with almonds.
